Hi! I’m Sage Rios, the owner of Sage Properties. I started this company with a simple goal: to care for homes the way I care for my own—thoughtfully, attentively, and with integrity. I believe great property management comes from clear communication, trust, and a genuine commitment to helping both owners and guests feel supported.

With experience in both long-term rentals and short-term vacation stays, I love bringing a calm, organized approach to every property I manage. Whether I’m helping an owner navigate their first rental or making sure a guest has a seamless stay, I’m here to make things feel easy, reliable, and well taken care of.
